Assignment Description
Prepare a profile of the position, organization and community. After approval by client, this document will be used as part of the promotional package for prospective candidates and referral sources.
Recruiting Activities

Discuss assignment with staff and develop recruitment

Obtain a list of potential candidates from our computerized database

Promote opportunity to prospective candidates

Evaluate the candidates including credentials and employment verification,
reference checks, personal interview and determination of genuine interest

Provide a formal presentation including resume, verifications, summary of references' remarks and notes from personal interview

Assist with interviews to include itinerary and travel arrangements

Follow-up continually with client and candidates to determine levels of interest and answer questions until acceptance of offer
Summary
This process allows us to present the very best two to four candidates for the position. We believe the thoroughness of our candidate evaluations results in the most productive client interview.
